record time. Saved me from a panic attack. Truly appreciate that! Some cons: a bit slower than my previous BlueHost, but definitely far less expensive. Also uses the latest MySQL on VPS only, not shared hosting.

I am using arvixe since 2017. It always had some problems but usually they fixed it in a day or so. 2014 has been a nightmare. A lot of problems that ...
left us with no mails at all. And finally since 24/4 we are 30% of the time with no mails AT ALL and we cannot receive mails from Gmail!!! Support everytime tell me that the problem will be solved and that is escaleted to the admins and that they will inform us when everyting will be ok. After 4 days the ticket automatically closes with no feedback. We are seinding again, the same answer, the ticket closes after 4 days. This is going on for the last 3 months... I ve asked for a refund but they say it is not at their policy. I believe that they are going to close soon... This is not a serious company, they are con artists. We are searchinf for another serioug hosting company. STAY AWAY.

Strongly do not recommend
The worst VPS hosting I've ever encountered! Under Linux, I was not even able to contact my server (Cloudlet C2). Their SSH is turned off by default. ...
And the only way to access the virtual machine is through a browser-based console using an applet called JCTerm (a "pure Java terminal emulator"), which was last updated in 2012. And it doesn't work in the latest Firefox and Chromium browsers (with Flash Player enabled). There are no "how to" instructions on their web-site. And the support is terrible. Instead of giving me answers to my questions, they answered me with generic advice like "get consultation from specialist".
