ice has been reliable and meets all of my needs. On the rare occasions that I have had to contact the Support Department, my issues were resolved in a reasonable amount of time. I have one website and four email addresses, so perhaps my needs are less complex than some of the other customers with the negative reviews, but my experience with PowWeb has been quite good.

I don't even think that should be 1 star. It's the worst hosting company I have ever dealt with. They will rip you off and then give you no support an...
d tell you they have no escalation process to resolve a dispute. I tried to resolve my issue and was told there is no policy or process to escalate a problem or complaint.

e as their platform wasn't working - which also frequently happens. All of my backups were also hosted through them and guess what... they deleted all my data and told me there was nothing they could do. Avoid at all costs. The customer service and experience sucks.
