This company is great at hosting. However, when the hosting is cancelled, they continue to attempt to charge your credit card. Repeated requests to the billing department and to the president yield no action. I had to cancel my credit card because of their failure to stop the preauthorized payments. It's a nuisance and can affect credit rating. I gave them the required notice, they acknowledged this, yet still continue to attempt to charge my card. This is the fifth billing cycle that they have attempted. And they still have not refunded the one month that they received payment in error. The website contact form does not work and the BBB has stated on its website that mail to the address on the Insider Hosting website has been returned to BBB. Note: I only clicked a star on support because I had to click something...Because of the after service I think they deserve no stars...
